Poet's words like molten embers
Erotic stories he remembers
She inhales his searing thought
Igniting flames she 's so long fought.
Her secret so long to contain,
But no longer can restrain.
Her back arched, bows to the Muse
Battle fought, now she must lose...
Love's arrows pierce her eager skin
Willing target lets them in...
Her body full of passion's fires,
Her mind toward ecstasy aspires.
Her lips burned by the poet's flame,
Speaks his words, cries out his name.
She is consumed, but not forlorn
For like a Phoenix fast reborn.
From the eager flames that bite
She rises glowing into the night.
Now he's her victim on her bed,
As she circles overhead.
In her mind the words remain,
Echoing again again...
She draws her poet to her breast,
Until the next fires they shall rest.
