pennies in a well
my words small coins for wishes
which never come true
-----
can you be enough
one wants this the other that
you can but be you
I want you to understand that, it's not right if you have to be "enough" for someone else. You are enough you, and any not-enough is for you to define and change. If someone loves you, truly loves you, they will find that you are "enough" and even more.
-----
so hard to explain
everything is poetry
i see think or do
-----
the ropes symbolic
restraints and blindfold for fun
toys for games we play
(Not always merely "symbolic".)
-----
beautiful and free
like a wild and feral rose
flower of my love
-----
wish to write to you
but words demand to be shared
poetic orgy
-----
it's a lonely world
where only my words have friends
playing while i'm home alone
-----
sleep well beloved
gods don't allow us to touch
my words cradle you
-----
tightly we embrace
sharing breath with every kiss
caress with every breath
-----
learned the secret touch
she instructed me herself
how to prize her gem
-----
Why are there rules,
Draped like chains,
Across our hearts?
Why are not our desires,
Our loves and caresses,
Governed by others?
Why can we not love each other,
Without restriction or
Recrimination?
How can we call ourselves free,
Unless freedom to love comes first?
-----
real love is endless
not just something between two
something that comes from one
-----
her clear honey
rising from her blossom's core
touch her lover's lips
-----
love is the divine
pleasure shared is paradise
each touch each kiss eternal
-----
i have so much love
i would share with those who love
but most feat to love
-----
i have so much love
and yet no one desires it
so it becomes words

In his book, Stranger In A Strange Land, author Robert Heinlein postulates a philosophy in which, if the protaganist has his way, everyone WOULD love everyone else in every way. Intellectually, I know that today's humans cannot live that way, but, as a philosophical concept, I have always been enamored of such a world... where everyone DID literally LOVE every other person in every way possible. Where, as Heinlein postulated, the happiness of the other was the most important factor of love.
----
when i think of love
i do not say him or her
i say you and me
-----
the words i love you
cannot begin to convey
what mind and body feels
-----
the worda i love you
to each and every partner
all this earth's humans
-----
why can't i just love
why love something or someone
when I love everyone
-----
love can be physical
it has so many aspects
why choose just one
