More precious glows the gem
In evening glow
Set against the shadows,
Long and cool,
Warm amber radiance
Lighting most brilliant
Facets, setting fires alight
Within the hollows,
So there too, I behold your face,
Lifted for a kiss, warm and willing,
More precious than any jewel.
