I ONCE WAS INNOCENT

I once was innocent,

Commiting sins out of ignorance.

Then I learned and sinned,

By definition because,

I knew, but now,

Having lived so long,

I seldom sin, though,

I commit the same deeds,

But now I recognize,

The innocence of my sins,

And forgive myself of them.
