DOOR INTO SUMMER

I sought in darkness,

For a door into some

Perpetual summer,

Land of gaiety and light,

With a perpetual partner

For pleasure,

Happiness,

Alone in darkness,

Overwhelmed...

Until,

One day,

A stream of light,

As a poem, inserted

In a keyhole dream,

Unlocked the future.
