I gaze in silent awe
At the art I cannot
Even hope to duplicate,
Transfixed by visions
Captured in paint and stone,
Flowers, trees, vistas,
Imaginary settings, and,
Humans, oh the humans,
Godlike, or gods like humans,
In their open diversity
And beauty of form.
Donovan Baldwin
Good poem about artists and sculptors. Sad to see so very few poets here... perhaps you could promote this site to other poets as I did by inviting you and Priya.
