i'll write now of breaths and breasts
warm and silky smooth are they
one glides across the other
close enough to touch
quivering rosebuds
-----
claim me as lover
put your marks upon my skin
here and there and there
-----
you may wear my shirt
only that and nothing else
open in my dreams
-----
wove my web of words
i was a passing fancy
that ensnared her heart
-----
i was once a dream
she toyed with then turned to go
but could not leave me
-----
the first stinging slap
she fought against the restraints
really just for show
-----
worried who i'd lose
if i wrote out all my truths
surprised at who stayed
-----
The wings of night
Fluttering softly in the breeze,
Barely am I aware of
The coming of Lady Moon
In her silver cape
So light and airy
Upon wisps of wind
Silently striding onto the scene
Painting sights and secrets
In silver sheen and pools of black,
Etched upon deeper darks.
-----
silver she reclines
eternal nude in moonlight
her secrets tactile
-----
I gather silver moonbeams
From passing nighttime hours,
Spin them into strongest strings,
Gossamer for a gypsy guitar's notes,
Feet trampling out tunes by starlight,
Campfire's glow a golden braid,
Reflected in the dancer's hair,
As ancient goatskin of borrowed wine,
Passes had to hand from
Player to singer to dancer
To poet painting pictures with his pen.
-----
her garden secret
yet he finds his way inside
helps he collect dew
-----
forget your figure
i don't need to know your age
display naked thoughts
-----
i don't need who left
the ones i really want to have
those who chose to stay
-----
brushing of his beard
on her most sensitive skin
love art in itself
-----
fell into the trap
life deceived me one more time
won't do that again
-----
i'm behind the words
flowers painted on a wall
a bouquet for her
-----
you prepare for work
i lie entranced by each move
watching you get dressed
-----
what might love love best
statue goddess warm woman
i have made my choice
